Function:
Define Account Types like client, vendor, cash, bank, ... etc. and account entities for each account type. Enters and updates account transactions for account entities. The entrprise operation systems post account transactions to designated acoounts. The system also defines credit cards and follow up checks and credit cards.
It is recommended to define the following account type for Integrated Hotel Management System (HMS):
Client Account
Vendor Account
Room Account
Outlet Account
Room Guest Account
Outlet Guest Account
Service Ratio Account
Taxes Account
Cashbook Account
Bank Account
Departement Account
Stock Account
Stock Adjustement Account
For each account type the user has to define at least one account.
